What is social media management, and what does an agency add?
Social media management is the end-to-end planning, production, publishing and measurement of a brand's presence on social channels. Posting is only the visible part; the real work is the strategy layer that decides which message reaches which audience in which format. Posting without a content calendar feels productive in the short term but rarely produces a measurable result.
The first thing an agency adds is continuity. Social media run in-house is the first thing dropped when a team gets busy; with an agency the calendar is contractual and the flow does not stop. The second is a spread of expertise: expecting strategy, design, video editing, copywriting and ad management from one person is not realistic. The third is cost — a full-time social media specialist plus a designer costs several times what a comprehensive agency package does.

Which platform should I be on?
Wherever your audience already is. Instagram works best for retail, food, beauty and services; LinkedIn for B2B, consulting and technology; TikTok for products reaching a younger audience. Being strong on one channel always beats being mediocre on four.
How quickly do results come?
The first clear change in engagement and reach usually shows within 4-8 weeks. Results that translate into sales settle in over 3-6 months depending on your sector and price point. A single month is not enough to judge social media management — it takes time for the algorithm alone to reposition your account.
Do I have to set aside an ad budget?
Not at all. Our packages are built around organic content production, community management and reporting; ad spend is not included in the package price and goes to the platform from your own account. If you do want to advertise, we can take on the campaign setup and manage your ad budget; that work sits outside the package scope, so it is scoped and quoted separately.

How much does social media management cost per month?
Social media management starts at $260 a month. There are three packages: Starter $260, Professional $870, Enterprise $1520. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT, and they are published on the site — no quote needed. There is no commitment on monthly payment; you can stop from your account in one click. On the 3, 6 or 12-month prepaid options the service runs to the end of that term.
How much does corporate identity design cost?
Corporate identity packages are one-off: Basic $390, Advanced $760, Comprehensive $1670 (excluding VAT). Basic includes 2 logo directions and 2 revision rounds; Comprehensive includes 4 directions and two weeks of unlimited logo revisions. Full rights transfer to you on delivery.
How long does corporate identity design take?
7-10 working days for Basic, 12-15 for Advanced, 20-25 for Comprehensive. The clock starts the day you finish the brief and upload the files we need. Source files are included in every package, and your revision rounds stay available in your account after delivery.
Where do you work?
Everywhere. We work exactly the same way with clients in Türkiye and abroad — nobody gets slower, pricier or less attentive service because of where they are. The whole process runs from your account: briefing, file sharing, delivery and revision requests all happen in the panel. No meeting is required.
Should I work with an agency or a freelancer?
We sit between the two: an agency team with freelancer-level price transparency. Strategy, design, copy and reporting are handled by different people — expecting all of that from one person is not realistic. Pricing comes from a published package, not a quote. You can see our work here.
How do I grow my organic engagement?
Organic engagement feeds on three things: format, consistency and responsiveness. Short video (Reels) and informative carousels are the two formats that travel furthest today; a regular calendar lets the algorithm learn what your account is; and answering comments and messages grows reach directly. Our packages run all three together — community management and the monthly report start with the Professional package. The first clear change usually shows within 4-8 weeks; results that translate into sales settle in over 3-6 months.
How do you work with a brand in another city?
The whole engagement runs through your account: ordering, the brief, file sharing, approvals and the monthly report. That is why we can work with brands anywhere in Turkey and abroad; we invoice in your own province, or as an export invoice outside Turkey. When a shoot is needed the team travels — a shoot is not included in any package and is taken as a one-day photo or video add-on service.
Is ad spend included in the package?
Ad spend is not included in the package; that budget goes straight from you to the platform. The packages are built around organic content production, community management and reporting, and you are free to use everything we produce in your own ad account. Is a photo shoot included?
Social media packages produce content from your own images and design assets; a shoot is not included. If you want one, a one-day photo shoot is $1,520 and a one-day video shoot is $1,740 as add-on services, bought alongside a package. You can see the add-ons on the packages page.
How does the brief work — do I have to fill in a long form?
It does not. The brief is a conversation with an AI assistant inside your account: questions come one at a time, adapt to your answers, and you can stop and come back whenever you like. There is no thirty-question form. Your panel opens right after the order and the brief waits for you there — see the packages here.
When do I get the content calendar to approve?
On the 25th of each month we send you the next month's calendar to approve: which day, which format, which message. Nothing is published without your approval, and if you have a campaign or a product launch we build it into the calendar. The full flow is on each package page — for example the Professional package.
What is in the monthly report, and which packages include it?
The report covers reach, engagement and growth, and comes with a recommendation for the following month. It is included in the Professional and Enterprise packages; the Starter package does not have it. The report sits in your account and opens in one click. How much do I save by paying for 3, 6 or 12 months up front?
Compared with paying monthly you save roughly 7% over 3 months, 14% over 6 months and 28% over 12 months; the rate is the same on every social media package. On a prepaid term the discount covers the whole period, so the service runs to the end of that term. The term options are on the package cards.
How are the prices set?
Each package price is calculated from the content produced and the production hours it takes. There are no hidden items: every line on the package card is included in the price. Anything out of scope — an extra shoot, an extra platform, a packaging production file — is quoted separately and never started without your approval.
Is there a commitment on monthly packages?
Not on monthly billing. You can stop a social media package with one click from “My subscriptions” in your account — no phone call, no email. It stops at the end of your current period rather than immediately, so you get the full month you paid for, and you can undo it any time before that date. If you prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months, the discount was given for the whole term, so the service runs to the end of that term. The rules are written out on the Cancellation & Refund Terms page.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Listed prices exclude VAT. For customers in Türkiye, VAT is added at the checkout step and shown on your invoice. Invoices issued to customers outside Türkiye carry no VAT, because the service counts as an export.
How do I pay?
Hitting “Buy Now” on a package takes you straight to checkout, where you pay securely by credit card over 3D Secure; that is the payment method. On very large orders our payment provider cannot take a single card transaction; there you see a notice at checkout and we send you bank transfer details instead. An invoice is issued for every order. The full terms are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Can I change my package later?
Yes — you can move up or down yourself from “My subscriptions” in your account. The new package starts at the beginning of the next period, and until then your current one continues unchanged. If you want an upgrade to start right away, just tick the box and we'll contact you about the difference. Corporate identity packages are one-off projects; if you upgrade before the first concepts are presented you only pay the difference.
